Data we collect
When you request the detailed report, we collect your name, email, and result summary: state, four direction scores, language, marketing preference, and registration time. We do not transfer or store the 15 individual answers.
How we use data
We use contacts and the result summary to provide the detailed report. Marketing messages are sent only with separate optional consent. Until you submit the report form, all answers stay in your browser.
Providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for site and API infrastructure, Kit for contacts and report subscription, and—with consent—Google Tag Manager / Google for analytics and marketing. Kit and Google may process or transfer data outside the EEA under lawful transfer safeguards.
Legal basis and consent
We process report data at your request when you submit the report form so that we can provide the requested report. No separate consent checkbox is required for this processing. Marketing uses the only separate optional consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. Cookie choices can be changed below.
Retention
We retain report data as long as needed to provide the report and for related lawful purposes, unless the law requires longer retention. Marketing data is processed until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate. Contact mail@laimesministerija.lt.
